Lye Georgian floor in Camberwell, London

A lovely Georgian pine floor we completed recently in Camberwell South London.
The client initially needed to find reclaimed pine to replace some of the damaged original boards .
This took a while as it seems Georgian Pine is becoming
more of a rarity (and not cheap !)
Samples were tested to match the boards to the originals.
Lye’d floors can look modern or rustic .
Here we sanded carefully keeping intact the beautiful aged patina.
