Haddon Hall Baptist Church

Always great to work on communal spaces .
.Apart from church services Haddon Hall run creches and various fitness
classes and workshops.

Initially it was thought that the finger parquet was oak, However after sanding a sample we decided that the this was a teak floor.
It has a high oil content and can have a nice leather smell when freshly sanded which helped with identification.

We applied a polyurethane primer which attaches better to wood floors with a high oil content.
It also gives the finish extra depth.
The floors needed a tough finish so we finished with a high quality 2 part lacquer
